What TokPaid does. TokPaid lets anyone launch a token on pump.fun whose creator fees are shared, on-chain, with the TokPaid treasury. TokPaid then pays out 80% of what it claims to the TikTok creator named for that token, in the form of TikTok gifts sent from the official @TokPaid account, and spends the remaining 20% buying and burning $TOKPAID. Payouts are made in rounds, roughly every 12 hours, and are announced publicly.

Shares are gross. The 80% is quoted before TikTok's own platform cut on gifts. What a creator ultimately cashes out depends on TikTok's coin-to-diamond conversion, their region, and their account's eligibility for gifts. TokPaid has no control over that.

No custody of your tokens, no promises. You launch with your own wallet; TokPaid never holds your keys. Creator fees are the only thing routed to us. We do not guarantee any amount of fees, any market cap, any payout timing, or that a named creator will accept, be eligible for, or be reachable for gifts. Balances that cannot be paid are held (see Disclosures).

The fee split is permanent. pump.fun lets a token's creator-fee sharing be set only once. When you launch through TokPaid, or use “Route fees”, you set it to 100% TokPaid treasury and it cannot be changed afterwards, by you or by us. Do not do it if you are not sure.

Naming a creator. By naming a TikTok account you confirm you have the right to do so and that the token does not impersonate that person, infringe their rights, or break TikTok's or pump.fun's rules. TokPaid may refuse, delay or reassign payouts for tokens that are abusive, fraudulent, sanctioned, or that TikTok will not let us gift to. TokPaid may also decline to route or list any token at its discretion.

Risk. Memecoins are extremely volatile and may lose all value. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you, including taxes on anything you receive.

Availability and liability. The service is provided as is, without warranty. Third parties we depend on (Solana, pump.fun, PumpPortal, IPFS, TikTok) can change or fail at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokPaid's liability is limited to the fees it actually received for the token concerned.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

What we store. For each token: its mint, name, ticker, image, the TikTok handle it pays, the launching wallet address and transaction signatures. For payouts: the amount, the handle, the date and a link to the gift or a proof. All of this is public by design, on-chain or on this site.

TikTok profiles. When you search or name a creator, we read the public TikTok profile (display name, handle, avatar, follower count, bio) and cache it for up to 12 hours so the site stays fast. We do not log in to TikTok on your behalf and we never ask for TikTok credentials.

Wallets. Connecting a wallet only shares your public address. We never see your seed phrase or private keys. Transactions are signed inside your wallet.

Browser storage. The site remembers small conveniences in your browser (collapsed sidebar, tokens you launched) so they show up again. Nothing in there is sent to us unless you launch or register a token.

Analytics and cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. The only cookie is the admin session cookie used by the TokPaid team.

Requests. To have a handle, a token or a payout record removed from the site, write to admin@tokpaid.app. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

Creators are not partners. A token naming a TikTok account does not mean that person launched it, endorses it, or knows it exists. Payouts are gifts sent to them; they may never claim them, may refuse them, or may not be eligible to receive gifts at all.

Held balances. If a creator cannot be paid (gifts disabled, no LIVE, account not found, region limits), their share is held in the treasury and shown as owed on the token page. It is paid out when it becomes possible, or reassigned if the token is registered to a different account through the admin.

Manual rounds. Payouts are made by the TokPaid team by hand, roughly every 12 hours. The countdown on token pages is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Numbers on this site. Market caps and charts come from pump.fun; fee routing and claims are read from the Solana chain; payouts are recorded by us. Tokens not launched or registered through TokPaid may be shown with sample activity for illustration.

$TOKPAID. The protocol token has no rights attached, no promised value and no promise of buybacks beyond what the 20% cut actually funds.

TikTok and the TikTok logo are trademarks of ByteDance Ltd.; pump.fun is a trademark of its owner. They are used only to describe where tokens are launched and where creators are paid.
